About Maggie
I am a 23 year old Media & English Graduate looking for some tutoring work.
I have experience tutoring children who speak English as an additional language (a 4, 7 and 14 year old as an Au Pair and a 10 year old as a volunteer for Jacari Bristol). My experience is tutoring primary age and secondary school children, in English and primary Maths and Science. I am able to tutor English and Media studies up to degree level and any subject at primary level.
I am a confident and engaging teacher and enjoy working with children of all abilities. I like to use worksheets, reading comprehension, warm up games, past papers etc as methods of teaching and incorporate the child’s interests to engage them in the work. I am currently available all days of the week and am very flexible.
