About Rosa
Hi! I’m Rosa — a passionate English tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in English and experience as a Supplemental Instructor for college composition courses. I’ve worked with students to improve essays, thesis statements, grammar, and reading comprehension. I love helping learners discover their own voice in writing and feel more confident with academic English. My sessions are encouraging, structured, and adapted to each student’s goals. A typical session begins with a quick check-in, followed by focused skill work using real examples and short, hands-on writing activities. Each lesson ends with reflection and a small next step for steady progress.
What sets me apart is my experience as a Supplemental Instructor for college composition courses, and my Bachelor’s degree in English. I know what professors look for and how to help students express their ideas clearly and confidently.
