About Raifa
I’m a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who wants every student to feel comfortable and supported during their lessons. I understand that learning can sometimes feel difficult or overwhelming, so I always make sure students feel listened to and never judged for making mistakes. I have experience working with children and learners of different ages, which has helped me become confident, responsible and understanding when supporting others. I take my role seriously and always aim to be prepared, reliable and professional.

I’m a patient and friendly English tutor who aims to make lessons simple, enjoyable and suited to each student’s needs. I can help with essay writing, proofreading, vocabulary, phonetics, speaking and general English skills, with lessons adapted to the student’s level and goals. I like to use examples, questions, conversation and interactive activities rather than relying only on memorisation, and I encourage students to ask questions and learn at their own pace to make it fun and enjoyable. I also entertain with games and quizzes to make things more interesting!
Lessons are typically 50–60 minutes and are suitable for primary and secondary school students, as well as anyone looking to improve their general English. I have a H2 in English from my Leaving Certificate and experience teaching and supporting learners of different ages. My aim is to help students understand what they are learning while becoming more confident in using English.
