About Elsa
I'm a social worker with a literature background. I was actively involved in various social outreach initiatives and was passionate to create opportunities and platforms to bring an empowering change in the lives of underprivileged and marginalized people in society.
Since school days, I was actively involved in various social outreach initiatives and was
passionate to create opportunities and platforms to bring an empowering change in the lives of
underprivileged and marginalized people in society. This was complemented with my
leadership roles at MGOCSM (Global Christian Youth Organization), where I headed the social
service department.
After my Bachelor's in English (Hons) from JMC, Delhi University, I joined the De Paul Institute,
Kerala for my MSW course. It was a two-year journey of exploring the various socio-economic
structure of our society, its various nuances, unequal practices, and even the scope of various
opportunities to creating an impactful change at individual and community level.

My classes are for secondary students and university students. My classes are an interactive platform. I'll be using a variety of media to understand the underlying meaning of the text. Students will be encouraged to find their own meaning in the text. I believe classes are a space for creative expression and free thinking.
