Rates for various student levels will remain the same. Cancellations 24 hours prior to the appointed period for one-on-one tutoring will cary no penalty. Any cancellation later than that will be levied at 50% of the rate.
Absentees from a group session will not be charged, unless organised, which will carry a 75% penalty charge. Travelling costs to learner's home will be charged at R4.65/km.
