About Keisha
Hi! I'm a dedicated English tutor with 3 years of experience working with primary school children, specifically 5th standard students. I genuinely enjoy helping young learners build confidence in English -and seeing that "aha" moment when something clicks makes it all worthwhile.
My lessons focus on the three skills that matter most at this age: reading comprehension, spoken English, and grammar. I keep sessions structured yet fun, so children stay engaged while making real, measurable progress.
Professionally, I bring 6 years of experience in the marketing industry, which has sharpened my communication skills and ability to present ideas in a clear, engaging way, qualities I carry directly into my teaching. I also hold a Diploma in Fashion Communication & Styling and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and I'm currently pursuing my MBA.

I use a conversational and activity-based approach to make English feel natural rather than intimidating. Lessons include storytelling, picture-based discussions, and simple grammar exercises to keep young learners engaged and build their confidence gradually.
Each session begins with a short reading exercise, followed by a discussion to practise spoken English. The second half focuses on grammar concepts through worksheets or games. Classes wrap up with a quick recap to reinforce what was covered.
With 3 years of experience teaching 5th standard students, I understand how children learn best. My multidisciplinary academic background- Sociology, Fashion Communication, and an ongoing MBA, helps me communicate ideas clearly, stay patient, and adapt my style to each child's pace and learning needs.
My classes are designed for school children, particularly at the primary level. Whether a child is struggling with basics or looking to strengthen their existing skills, I tailor each session to suit their individual level and goals.
