I’m a freelance writer and trained counsellor with a passion for helping students succeed academically while maintaining a healthy balance and protecting their mental wellbeing. Having experienced burnout after school due to exam pressure, I understand how overwhelming study demands can be. That’s why I focus not only on academic achievement, but also on helping students manage stress, build confidence, and develop sustainable study habits.
