About Rayna
I am a 27 year old mother of two that wants to help others with their understanding of the English language. I have always enjoyed reading and writing as a pastime. I began tutoring within my own family, after struggles my own children have had in the subject. From my youngest’s issues with writing and spelling, to my oldest’s difficulties learning English as a second language. I have helped people learn new ways to express themselves through literature, be able to hold conversations in a language new to them, pass school tests that they were previously unprepared for, and have been able to help people struggling with dyslexia be able to genuinely enjoy reading again, without any fear of judgement.

Lessons will be tailored to your own level of understanding and ability. You can set the pace. Everyone learns differently, so sessions will be altered to best fit your learning style. Sessions can cover writing skills, reading, spelling & grammar, and conversational speech. Once the basics are understood, there’s no limit to what you can achieve with the support and encouragement that comes from tutoring. For children’s sessions (5-16) I am able to travel within the Bury/Manchester area. Lessons in other areas, or for anyone above 16 would be held online.
