About Thabelo
My name is Takalani Thabelo, and I'm 23 years old. I recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, which I completed from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, I finished Grade 12 in 2019 with a bachelor pass and notable marks in English. I've also acquired a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach English to students of diverse backgrounds. Throughout my academic journey, I've developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, which I believe are essential for effective teaching. As a recent psychology graduate with a passion for language and education, I'm excited to apply for the English teaching position. Although my background is in psychology, I've always had a strong affinity for the English language, which was fostered by my solid Grade 12 English marks. Throughout my psychology degree (2020-2025) I developed valuable skills in understanding human behavior, cognition, and communication. I'm eager to leverage these skills to create engaging and supportive learning environments for students.
