About Joyasmita
Pursuing PhD in English from Christ University, Bangalore, I've been teaching(online and offline) school and college batches from 2014 onwards. I try to develop higher order learning skills of the students using Audio-Visual aids, organising Quzzies and weekly tests.

I find teaching is a two-way traffic. Everyone is a learner. My method is to reach out to students, make the lessons interesting not with dry dull boring stupid stuffs but with facts, histories associated and quizzing, writing, reviwing. Students will have their own freedom to choose the topic and learn it. For me, teacher is not a load but a companion.
