Hi there and thank you for your interest in my services :) I am an enthusiastic and friendly Biochemistry undergraduate at the University of Oxford with a deep passion for science and education. With over four years of tutoring experience, I have worked with students of all abilities, helping them achieve academic success in GCSE, IGCSE, IB, AS-Level, and A-Level Maths, Chemistry, and Biology. I also specialise in Oxbridge application support, offering expert guidance on personal statement writing and interview preparation to help students secure places at top universities. I have previously prepared and guided 5 international students towards successful admissions to Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, UC Berkeley, and Imperial College London. My own academic journey reflects my dedication to excellence—achieving A*A*A* in A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths and securing 11 Grade 9s at GCSE. I understand the challenges students face and use a structured, engaging, and personalised approach to make learning effective and enjoyable. By breaking down complex topics, focusing on exam techniques, and building confidence, I ensure that my students not only grasp key concepts but also develop the skills needed to excel in exams. Previously, I have boosted multiple students' grades from grade 5 to 9 at GCSE and from grade C to A* at A-Level. My lessons are open to students of all abilities preparing for GCSE, IGCSE, IB, AS-Level, and A-Level exams in Maths (including statistics and mechanics), Chemistry, and Biology. In addition, I provide expert Oxbridge application support for prospective students applying for Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Natural Sciences and related subjects. I offer tailored personal statement guidance and intensive interview practice to maximise success. As a current undergraduate student at the University of Oxford, I am well versed with what the admissions tutors look for in successful applicants. The application process can be complicated and overwhelming to approach as a student, and I am committed to making students feel as aware of the process as possible. Each lesson is 1 hour long and conducted online for convenience and flexibility. We start with a quick review, followed by concept breakdowns, worked examples, and practice questions. I also incorporate regular assessments and feedback within each package purchased to ensure continuous improvement. As a tutor with over 4 years of experience working with diverse student groups, I believe in a student-centred approach, adapting my lessons to suit each student’s learning style and pace.
