About Jocasta
I am a student at the University of Birmingham studying Chemical Engineering, I achieved an A* in Maths and Chemistry as well as an A in Physics at A level. I greatly enjoy teaching children and tutored a few GCSE students previously in Physics helping two students achieve an A* and one an A. I have an up to date advanced DBS check and have worked in a primary school over the past academic year leading an after school debate club. This makes me capable and confident to deliver lessons to individuals or groups.

I believe it is import to build relationships to help tutor a child, therefore I like to initially talk to the students to gain an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. I like to then give students questions and explain through the methods and thought process they should undergo.
