About Julietta
Hi there, I'm Julietta! I am a 28-year-old Dutch native currently living in the vibrant city Berlin. I'm a part-time indoor cycling coach and part-time language teacher.
About two years ago, I ventured into the world of teaching, driven by my passion for the Dutch language and my ability to bring out the best in people. I love to share this with eager learners.
In my Dutch classes, we will focus on speaking from day one. Forget boring textbooks and endless grammar drills; we're here to boost your confidence. We'll chat about your interests, role-play real-life scenarios, and laugh through mistakes.
My goal is to make learning Dutch a fun and rewarding experience, ensuring you enjoy every step of the journey and to let you speak Dutch like a local.

The classes are tailored to your language goals. If your goal is to speak more confidently and expand your vocabulary we will focus on speaking in the classes. We will start with a listening or reading exercise about a certain topic of your interest and after have a conversation about it. We will also expand your vocabulary by watching videos (based on your interest/preferences) and going through the transcript to understand what they are saying, why and learn expressions.
If you are a beginner Dutch, we will start with learning the basic grammar and focus on small talk and role play for the first lessons. From there on, we will expand in the areas of your need/interests.
Lastly, if you are looking for a tutor for your kids, I have a lot of fun exercises to learn the grammar and expand the vocabulary, as well as engaging texts to improve reading and understanding texts.
