I'm a young and patient individual who was in high school not so long ago and who's working towards finishing the degree so I understand the pressure and the anxiety that comes with studying so I firstly outline what the subject is basically about and state the outcomes and objectives of the lesson just to decrease the pressure and make them realize that they have nothing to worry about and that is lesson objective transparency. I also elucidate and even show them how things are done or how I expect them to do things and the modeling method is very effective. But it's not only about me and what I expect from them but it's also about them and what is it that is perplexing about the subject and what is it that they expect from me as the tutor so I always encourage communication and few minutes breaks in between that includes educational yet fun and relaxing activities and other productive strategies like addressing mistakes, class discussion, cooperative learning, providing feedback and many more so as to ensure fruitful outcomes.
