About Carlos
I am a primary school teacher with a specialization on ESL (English As A Second Language), Also, I have been able to successfully help hundreds of children with learning difficulties in the areas of "reading", and "writing", as well as being able to help them identify different weaknesses in their personal areas such as "limiting beliefs", performance anxiety, fears etc etc. I am proud to say that I have been able to help them achieve higher levels of personal satisfaction and achievement through new found beliefs and empowerment.

My teaching strategy is based on "Evidence Teaching Strategies which encompasses a variety of variants such as "Clear Lesson Goals", "Show and Tell", "Questioning for Checking for Understanding", "Summarise New Learning In a Graphical Way", "Plenty Of Practice", "Provide your Students With Feedback", "Be Flexible On How Long It Takes To Learn", If in a group, "Get Students Working Together", "Nurture Meta-Cognition" which is super important as students need to learn and be educated on how to make decisions and take options that will be more relevant to their own personal substance.
