About Mark
Hi, my name is Mark. I am a South African currently living and working in the UK. I love to travel and see and appreciate the immense beauty our world has to offer. I also love to learn and yearn for knowledge and experiences that will make me grow as a person and broaden my world view. I appreciate the beauty in wherever I found myself and capture it often with my camera or in my journal. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and love hiking and the outdoors.
I studied for a year at university doing a science degree, but as COVID shut the world down it put life into perspective and I realised I wanted to chase my dreams sooner rather than later. So I packed my life up and moved to the UK to pursue my dream of becoming an AirForce pilot. I am currently working at Sherborne Boys school in Dorset as I have to reside in the UK for a few years before applying to the AirForce.
I have always loved English and love to write and read. As much as I love to learn, I love to teach as well, as knowing the satisfaction in acquiring new knowledge, I love to see other people find the same satisfaction.
I am ambitious and a hard worker and as much as i love to see myself be the best versions I can be, I love motivating and encouraging people to be the best selves that they can be.

I teach English as a foreign language dependant on your needs. I have experience and qualification in grammar, spelling, vocabulary and basic language rules. I teach writing, speaking, reading and listening and conversational English. I teach Business English as well.
I received a TEFL Diploma through i-to-i TEFL.
I teach 60 minute one-on-one lessons and catee to whatever your language needs are.
I focus on students who need improvement on their English Language abilities if English is not their first language. I teach students who have begun to learn English and need extra assistance to improve their English skills overall and to learn more.
