About Nicole
I have worked in college essay writing for five years and have also taught English in higher education for three years. I love being able to help students become more confident in their abilities to write, find their authentic voice, and put their best foot forward while pursuing their academic and/or career goals. To me, writing and editing are a collaborative process, and I try to foster that love of the process.

My tutoring approach is personalized, supportive, and focused on helping students become confident writers. I help with brainstorming, organizing, drafting, and then revising the final products. I provide detailed and constructive feedback that helps the student create an essay that uses their own authentic voice and strengthens their own writing skills.
My lessons are tailored to each particular student, whether they're starting a college admissions essay, polishing a personal statement, or improving an academic paper.
What sets me apart is my commitment to helping students find and express their distinct voice. I work primarily with students and individuals who need help with essay writing for college admissions or specialized programs. My goal is to help every student leave each session with greater confidence and stronger writing.
