Fayth is an educator, coach, and doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership with over 15 years of experience supporting students, families, and educational communities. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings across New York, Miami, and St. Petersburg, Florida, serving individuals from all walks of life and a wide range of cultural, social, and educational backgrounds.
Fayth believes that every person deserves to be heard, valued, and supported. Her approach is rooted in building meaningful relationships, understanding each individual's unique circumstances, and developing personalized plans that address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Whether working with students, parents, or educators, she is committed to creating pathways for growth, empowerment, and success.

With 20 years of experience in education and current doctoral studies in Educational Leadership, I utilize a wide range of evidence-based instructional strategies, interventions, and support systems tailored to the specific needs of each student. What sets me apart is my ability to create customized learning plans and tutoring sessions that address academic gaps while building confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills. Every session is intentionally designed around the individual student's needs because no two learners learn the same way.
In addition to academic tutoring, I offer parent and student coaching through Elevate with Fayth, helping families navigate behavioral challenges, school concerns, executive functioning skills, and adolescent development from both an educator's and parent's perspective.
