About Sara
I understand that choosing a tutor means trusting someone with you or your child’s education, and I take that responsibility seriously. With over four years of tutoring experience and experience working with students across a wide range of ages and learning styles, I strive to create a professional, reliable, and encouraging learning environment.
I come to each session prepared, communicate clearly, and make it a priority to ensure that both students and parents feel informed and comfortable throughout the tutoring process. My approach is patient and personalized, but I also hold my students to high standards and encourage them to take confidence in their own abilities.
More than simply helping students complete assignments, my goal is to help them build the skills and confidence they need to become more independent learners. I am dependable, adaptable, and genuinely invested in each student’s progress—and I believe that a strong tutor-student relationship built on trust, consistency, and encouragement can make all the difference.

Hi! I’m a current college student with over four years of tutoring experience, and I genuinely love helping students feel more confident in themselves and their abilities! Since I’m still in school, K–12 material is still fresh in my mind, and I understand how frustrating it can be when something just isn’t clicking at first.
I’ve worked with students of all ages, from kindergarteners all the way to high school seniors, and one of my favorite parts of tutoring is getting to know each student as an individual! Everyone learns differently, so I love finding creative ways to explain things that make sense for them.
Whether you need a quick, straightforward explanation before a test or want to take things slow and really dive into the material, I’m happy to adjust to your learning style and goals. I want tutoring to feel encouraging, comfortable, and maybe even a little fun—not stressful!
I also love keeping parents involved and welcome any feedback or goals you may have. My biggest goal is to help every student feel supported, confident, and proud of themselves as they learn and grow!
