• When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  During my education journey, I have been involved in different fields. They seem different and are not related to each other, but the reality is that they are implicitly interconnected to each others. First, I graduated from the faculty of science, and I was a chemistry lover, specially organic chemistry. I was keen to work as a chemist in petroleum refining. I tried a lot, and once upon a time, I was invited to an interview for a chemist position, but I was excluded because they require a good knowledge of basic computer applications, especially MS Excel. This inspired me to learn more about computer science. During this period, I was working as a chemistry lecturer in the faculty of Education, and all my students was telling me that I delivered the knowledge to them in a simple easy way, and they prefer my way of teaching. But, I still carry the dream of being a petroleum chemist. This was a very hard dream to fulfill, since, one of the reasons is that in our society, males are preferred in this field.

• What makes you passionate about your subject?

  Then, I got a scholarship for studying some advanced courses in computer science. Oh! It was really nice, I can now extensively develop my computer skills and may get the chance to fulfill my dream of having a chemist job. In that specialized course, I got a honor level. I gain the third level over all students from all the branches of the company in Egypt.

• What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

  I extensively applied for hundreds of chemist jobs, I did not get any! But, I got a job in a completely different field, I worked as a computer instructor in a big institution in my city, Alexandria. All students, told me the same, you are patient, organized and easily deliver the knowledge in a simple way. I worked for this institution for more than 10 years, but kept my dream in mind and spread applications for chemist jobs in all the petroleum companies. I was not successful in getting my dream job, but I was very successful in the teaching field.
  
  I also worked in several schools not only in my country but in another country remotely. The same feedback from my students and from my supervisors. I can remember, during the pandemic I substituted a teacher in an international school in KSA, and my supervisor told me; I am really surprised that the students loved you very quickly. How they get used to you in such a very short time!
  
  It seems that all the above built a gradual enthusiasm about teaching! I stopped with myself for a while; "This may be my fate, I really inspired by teaching people." I started to count on the matches between my personality and teaching. I am a person who believe in two main things; we should never give up learning, and we should spread our knowledge to the world. These are what exactly happens when I teach people. As a teacher, you will spread your knowledge in your best way and at the same time you should keep learning and adding to your knowledge all the time. In addition, working with students of different ages, from different backgrounds and with different needs enhance my experience and my personality to be able to succeed over different challenges.
  
  In fact, teaching people helped me a lot. I am learning new things every moment. I engaged in many fields of educations; I finished a postgraduate diploma in "Applied petrochemicals industries", I joined a master of "Neuroscience and Biotechnology" and at the same time I finished another bachelor's degree in "English literature and translation".

• Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.

  My models who inspired me to continue in parallel in my career together with my education, are prophet "Mohammed", prophet "Moses" and our holy book "The Qur'an." Although, prophet "Moses," the prophet of Jewish, was the most knowledgeable person in his people, as he was talking to the "God," he went to a very far place and struggled in his way to learn new things. My prophet "Mohammed," and my holy book "The Qur'an," emphasize in many situations on the value of gaining knowledge and learning and also on the great value of people who spread their knowledge to (teach) others, in order to improve the humanity all the time.

• What are your keys to success?

  My key to success is my belief that when you teach a person, it is not that simple as just delivering knowledge to that person, you spread it to the community, and humanity is developed by you and me. In addition, the non-stop desire for learning and gaining knowledge.
  
  In the end, my persistent advice,
  
  " Never Give-up Learning! Never Stop the Knowledge at yourself, Spread it!"
