About Thea
My passion for Excel and data management grew from recognizing how powerful spreadsheets can be in transforming raw information into actionable insights. This interest led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, where I studied automation, advanced formula usage, and visualization techniques. Over 11 years of teaching, I have guided learners from basic navigation to advanced analytics, ensuring they develop both competence and confidence in Excel.
I prioritize a patient, structured, and supportive teaching approach. Many learners initially feel overwhelmed by complex formulas, functions, or automation tasks, so I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. I encourage experimentation, problem-solving, and independent thinking, ensuring learners not only perform tasks but understand the rationale behind them.
