About Greta

My interest in Excel began with curiosity about how data can be organized and used for better decision making. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, where I developed strong skills in data handling and spreadsheet tools. Over the past 5 years, I have taught students and professionals, helping them gain confidence in Excel. Teaching has become a valuable and enjoyable part of my career journey.

My teaching style is simple, structured, and hands-on. I break down each topic into small, clear steps so students can understand easily. I use real-world examples and guided exercises to make learning practical and effective. I also encourage students to practice regularly and ask questions freely so they can improve steadily without confusion.

Beyond teaching, I continue learning new Excel tools and techniques to stay updated. This helps me keep my lessons relevant and useful for real-world applications. I believe Excel is not just a software tool but a powerful skill for productivity and problem solving. My goal is to help students become confident, independent users who can manage data, create reports, and solve real-world problems efficiently with clarity and confidence.

About the lesson

My Excel lessons are designed to make learning simple, practical, and easy to apply in real life situations. I begin with basic topics such as data entry, formatting, and simple formulas, explaining each step in very simple English. I focus on helping students understand how Excel works instead of memorizing functions. I use real life examples like budgeting, sales tracking, and list management so students can clearly connect learning with everyday tasks. I also create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing and asking questions.

As students progress, I introduce more advanced topics such as logical formulas, charts, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools. I guide students step by step so they can work confidently with real datasets. Practice exercises are included in every lesson to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. I also help students identify mistakes and correct them with clear explanations. Each lesson is structured to build strong practical skills and steady improvement over time.

Excel becomes powerful when students learn how to organize and analyze data effectively. I help learners develop logical thinking so they can handle spreadsheets independently. Over time, students become more confident in creating reports and managing data tasks. My goal is to help students build strong Excel skills, improve productivity, and apply their knowledge effectively in studies, work, and real world situations with clarity and confidence.
