About Niva
I am an Excel tutor with 4 years of teaching experience, helping students of all levels understand and master Microsoft Excel. I have successfully taught around 150 students, guiding them from basic concepts to advanced tools like formulae, PivotTables, charts, data analysis, and reporting.
My teaching philosophy is simple: learn by doing. I believe students understand Excel better when they practice with real examples. I explain topics step by step and make sure every student feels comfortable asking questions.
I focus on building confidence, strong problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge that students can use in exams, assignments, and jobs. My goal is not just to teach Excel, but to help students become independent and confident users.

My teaching approach in Excel is practical, clear, and student-focused. I teach Microsoft Excel along with related subjects like data analysis, formulae and functions, PivotTables, charts and dashboards, data cleaning, basic statistics, financial calculations, and reporting. I connect every topic to real-life examples so students understand how Excel is used in academics and jobs.
I believe strong communication is key. I explain concepts step by step and encourage questions. I teach with empathy and understand that every student learns at a different speed. I stay flexible and adjust my lessons based on the student’s level and goals.
I work with integrity and always create a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment. My aim is to build confidence, problem-solving skills, and job-ready Excel knowledge.
