I have cultivated a deep passion for Excel through years of working with data and understanding how structured analysis can simplify complex decision-making processes. My educational background includes a B.Sc in Business Analytics and an M.Sc in Information Systems, which provided me with comprehensive knowledge of both practical data handling and theoretical information management concepts. My Excel lessons aim to make learners comfortable, confident, and proficient with spreadsheets. I cover essential functions, formulae, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, data visualisation, lookup operations, and automation using macros. Each lesson combines detailed explanations with practical exercises to ensure students not only understand how to execute tasks but also why each function or feature is useful in different scenarios. My goal is to help learners translate their skills into efficiency, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities in both academic and professional contexts.
Beginners focus on learning the basics, such as entering data, simple formulae, formatting, and creating charts. Intermediate learners practice advanced formulae, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and scenario analysis. Advanced learners explore automation using macros, building dashboards, data modelling, and integrating Excel with other software for reporting and analysis.
