About Mercy
My interest in Excel began when I discovered how structured data organization can transform productivity and decision-making. This led me to complete a B.Sc in Business Analytics and later an M.Sc in Information Management Systems, giving me strong insight into both analytical thinking and professional reporting tools. Over the past 8 years, I have guided learners in developing Excel skills from beginner foundations to advanced reporting confidence.
I teach with patience, clarity, and practical focus. My lessons emphasize understanding why tools work, not just memorizing steps, so learners can apply skills independently in real situations. I encourage consistent practice and confidence-building through supportive feedback.
Outside tutoring, I stay connected to modern data systems, reporting trends, and productivity innovations. Teaching Excel is meaningful because I see students grow from uncertainty into confident users who can manage information clearly and professionally.
