About Ayla
I developed a strong interest in Excel during my undergraduate studies in Information Technology, where I recognized its powerful capabilities in data organization, analysis, and problem-solving. Over the past 5 years, I have taught learners from beginner to advanced levels, guiding them to master the tools with clarity, structured learning, and practical examples. My teaching emphasizes hands-on practice, real-world applications, and stepwise instruction, ensuring that students understand each tool and can confidently apply it independently.
Lessons are customized to the learner’s skill level and goals. Beginners focus on navigation, formulas, and basic formatting, while intermediate students refine data analysis skills, pivot tables, and charts. Advanced learners explore macros, automation, and applied projects. I encourage students to experiment, solve problems independently, and develop creative approaches to data challenges.
Beyond teaching, I continuously explore new Excel functionalities, productivity tools, and data analysis techniques to enrich lessons with current knowledge and practical relevance. Seeing learners grow from uncertainty to mastery is deeply rewarding. My ultimate goal is to cultivate confident, independent, and capable Excel users who can manage, analyze, and present data efficiently, applying these skills effectively in academic, professional, and personal contexts.

My lessons focus on formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and automation techniques such as macros. Beginners start with basic navigation, simple calculations, and straightforward formatting. Intermediate learners develop skills in complex formulas, table management, and visualization. Advanced learners focus on automation, macros, and building solutions for real-world scenarios using data.
Lessons are hands-on, interactive, and structured to build confidence while promoting practical learning. Students gain experience through exercises, real-life examples, and guided problem-solving.
