About Parina
My interest in Excel began when I realised how data can be transformed into meaningful insights. I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Data Systems, and for the past 6 years I have been helping students and professionals improve their spreadsheet skills.
I believe learning is most effective when students practice while understanding concepts clearly. My teaching style focuses on patience, clarity, and real-life examples that make learning practical and useful. I encourage students to learn by doing and build confidence through repetition.
Outside teaching, I enjoy working on data projects and exploring analytical tools. Staying updated helps me bring modern techniques into my lessons. Helping students become confident in Excel is one of the most satisfying parts of my work.

My Excel lessons focus on helping students understand how to organise and analyse data effectively. I teach topics such as formulae, functions, charts, PivotTables, data cleaning, and conditional formatting using simple and practical examples. Instead of memorising steps, students learn how each tool solves real-world problems. Hands-on practice makes learning more engaging and effective.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and goals. Beginners focus on basic spreadsheet navigation and simple formulae, while intermediate learners develop data analysis and reporting skills. Advanced students work on dashboards, complex functions, and structured data interpretation through guided exercises. Regular practice helps improve accuracy and confidence.
Excel builds organisation, logical thinking, and attention to detail. My goal is to help students feel confident working with data in academic and professional settings. With clear guidance and practice, Excel becomes a powerful and practical tool.
