About Aria
My interest in Excel began when I recognized how powerful structured data can be in solving real problems and supporting smarter decisions. I earned a B.Sc in Information Management and later completed an M.Sc in Business Data Analytics, which strengthened my understanding of both technical systems and business application. Over 8 years of teaching, I have helped learners build Excel skills that improve both confidence and professional readiness.
I believe Excel should be taught through practical context rather than isolated memorization. My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and step-by-step guidance, ensuring students understand why tools matter and how they connect into real workflows. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and practice actively.
Outside tutoring, I remain engaged with data tools through reporting projects, productivity exploration, and continual learning of new spreadsheet features. Teaching Excel is rewarding because students often progress quickly and gain confidence. Supporting learners as they master such an important modern skill is deeply fulfilling.

Excel becomes an essential tool when learners realize it is not only about spreadsheets, but about organizing information, solving problems, and making better decisions through data. In my lessons, I guide students through formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and practical reporting with clear explanation and hands-on learning. I focus on helping learners understand how Excel is used in real academic and professional environments, so skills feel meaningful and immediately useful.
Lessons are always adapted to the learner’s level. Beginners learn formatting, basic calculations, data entry, and core functions like SUM, IF, and COUNT. Intermediate students develop confidence with lookup functions, conditional formatting, data validation, and chart building. Advanced learners explore pivot table reporting, automation basics, financial modeling foundations, and professional workflow organization. Each session includes practice tasks, feedback, and real examples so skills become lasting.
