About Leni
My interest in Excel and data management began when I noticed how organized information can make complex tasks much easier. I became curious about how spreadsheet tools could automate calculations and help people analyze large datasets. This curiosity led me to pursue higher education in information systems and complete a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, where I studied data organization and digital tools.
During my 6 years of teaching, I have guided many students in learning practical Excel skills. Some learners wanted to understand basic spreadsheet functions, while others aimed to improve their ability to analyze data effectively. My teaching approach focuses on step-by-step demonstrations and practical exercises so students can learn by applying each concept.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new data tools and digital productivity methods. These activities help me stay updated with useful spreadsheet techniques that I can share with my students. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see learners gain confidence in managing information and solving practical problems using technology.

My Excel lessons focus on helping students understand how spreadsheets can be used to organize information, perform calculations, and analyze data efficiently. Many learners use Excel only for basic tasks, but the software provides many useful tools for managing large amounts of information. In my lessons we begin with essential features such as entering data, formatting cells, and using simple formulas for calculations.
Once students become comfortable with these basics, lessons expand to include functions, charts, and data analysis tools. I guide learners through examples that demonstrate how formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, and IF can be used to automate calculations. Students also learn how to create charts and organize datasets so information becomes easier to interpret.
My goal is to help students develop practical skills that they can apply in academic work and professional environments. Lessons emphasize understanding how Excel tools work so learners can use them confidently for different tasks. Over time students become more efficient in managing data and discover how spreadsheets can simplify many types of work.
