About Bhaskar
My experience with Excel began during my studies in Business Information Technology, where I learned how essential data organization is for effective decision-making. Completing a B.Sc in Business Information Technology gave me a strong understanding of both technical tools and business processes. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with learners who initially felt intimidated by spreadsheets. Helping them gain confidence has been a consistent focus of my teaching journey.
I approach teaching Excel with patience and clarity. I understand that learners have different levels of comfort with technology, so I adjust explanations to match their pace. I focus on building understanding rather than shortcuts, ensuring learners can apply skills independently. Accuracy, structure, and confidence are central to my teaching approach.
Outside teaching, I continue working with data systems, productivity tools, and reporting methods. This keeps my lessons practical and up to date. Teaching Excel is fulfilling because it provides learners with an immediately useful skill. Watching students grow more confident and independent is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
