About Lexi

My journey with Excel began when I started working with data and realized how powerful spreadsheets can be in organizing and analyzing information. This interest led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, where I developed strong skills in data handling and analysis. Over the past 5 years, I have helped students learn Excel in a clear and practical way.

My teaching style focuses on simplicity, patience, and structured learning. I break down complex tasks into small steps so students can understand easily. I use examples, exercises, and real-world scenarios to make lessons engaging and effective. I also encourage students to ask questions and practice regularly, which helps them gain confidence.

Outside teaching, I continue to explore new Excel features and tools. This helps me keep my lessons updated and useful. Teaching Excel is very rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and ability. My goal is to help every learner feel comfortable and skilled in using spreadsheets.

About the lesson

My Excel lessons are designed to make data handling simple, practical, and easy to understand. I begin with basic concepts such as entering data, formatting cells, and using simple formulas. Each lesson is explained step by step so students can follow along comfortably. I use real-life examples like budgeting, tracking expenses, and organizing information to make learning meaningful. This helps students understand how Excel can be used in everyday situations. I create a calm and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

As students gain confidence, I introduce more advanced features such as pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and lookup functions. I guide them through structured exercises that help them analyze and organize data efficiently. Practice is included in every lesson to improve accuracy and understanding. I also focus on explaining mistakes clearly so students can learn and improve without feeling discouraged.

Each lesson is designed to build strong skills and confidence in using Excel effectively. Excel skills help students become more organized and confident when working with data. Many learners begin to enjoy using spreadsheets as they see real results. My goal is to help every student build strong Excel skills that can be applied in studies, work, and daily life.
