About Diya
I have a Master’s in Information Systems and 8 years of experience teaching Excel and related skills. My teaching style is simple, practical, and focused on real-world application. I believe that learning by doing helps students build strong understanding and confidence.
In my lessons, I focus on step-by-step explanations, hands-on practice, and clear feedback. I encourage students to explore features and ask questions so they can understand fully. I also adapt my teaching methods based on each student’s learning speed and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I continue working with data tools and improving my skills. This helps me keep my lessons updated and useful. Seeing students improve their knowledge and confidence is very rewarding. I am committed to helping learners succeed in Excel.

Excel becomes simple when students understand how to use its tools step by step. In my lessons, I focus on key areas such as formulas, functions, data entry, tables, and charts. I explain each concept in clear and simple language so students can follow easily. I also include practical exercises to help students understand how Excel is used in real situations. The learning environment is supportive and encourages students to practice and improve.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners start with basic spreadsheet operations and simple formulas. Intermediate learners focus on functions, formatting, and efficient data handling. Advanced students work on data analysis, dashboards, and complex tasks. I guide students step by step and ensure they understand each concept before moving forward.
The goal of my Excel lessons is to help students become confident in using spreadsheets for different purposes. They learn how to organize data, perform calculations, and present information clearly. Over time, students develop strong practical skills that are useful in many areas. I aim to make Excel easy, useful, and practical.
