About Anvika

My interest in Excel started when I discovered how powerful organised data can be for making better decisions. This led me to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, and for the past 4 years I have helped students and professionals improve their spreadsheet skills through clear and practical teaching. I enjoy showing learners that Excel can be simple when concepts are explained properly.

I believe every student deserves lessons that match their pace and experience level. My teaching style focuses on patience, structured explanations, and real-world examples that make learning meaningful. I encourage students to ask questions freely and build confidence through guided practice rather than pressure.

Outside teaching, I enjoy working with data projects and exploring new productivity tools. Keeping my skills updated allows me to bring useful techniques into every lesson. Helping learners become more organised and confident with technology is one of the most satisfying parts of my work.

About the lesson

My Excel lessons are designed to help students use spreadsheets with confidence and accuracy. I teach important topics such as formulae, functions, charts, data sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, and basic data analysis through simple step-by-step guidance. Instead of asking students to memorise commands, I explain why each feature is useful and how it can solve real problems. Practical examples and hands-on activities make every lesson engaging and easy to follow.

Each class is adjusted to match the learner's current ability and personal goals. Beginners start with workbook navigation and simple calculations, while intermediate students learn functions like VLOOKUP, IF statements, and PivotTables. Advanced learners work on dashboards, data organisation, and efficient spreadsheet management techniques. Regular practice tasks help students improve naturally and gain confidence through experience.

Excel is more than a computer tool because it teaches organisation, logical thinking, and problem solving. My goal is to help students feel comfortable working with data and handling everyday tasks with greater efficiency. A supportive and patient learning environment helps every learner make steady progress.
