About Ruhani
My interest in Excel began with a passion for data and problem-solving. This led me to gain certification in Data Analysis, where I developed strong practical skills in handling and analyzing data. Over the past 5 years, I have helped students and professionals learn Excel in a structured and easy-to-understand way that builds confidence and efficiency.
I believe practical skills should be taught through hands-on learning and clear guidance. My teaching approach focuses on real-life applications, step-by-step explanations, and consistent practice. I encourage learners to explore, practice regularly, and build confidence in using Excel effectively.
Outside teaching, I enjoy working on data-related tasks and improving my technical skills. This helps me bring practical and up-to-date knowledge into my lessons. Teaching Excel is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners to confident users. Helping them develop strong technical skills, efficiency, and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

As students progress, lessons are adapted based on their level and goals. Beginners focus on basic functions, formatting, and simple calculations. Intermediate learners work on formulas, charts, and data handling. Advanced students focus on data analysis, advanced functions, and productivity tools. I provide practice tasks, guided exercises, and feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong practical skills over time.
Excel helps students develop efficiency, accuracy, and analytical thinking. As they improve, they become more confident in handling data and completing tasks effectively. These skills are valuable for academics, business, and professional growth.
