About Mina
My interest in Excel began when I noticed how effectively spreadsheets can organize information and automate calculations. I became curious about how data tools could simplify tasks that would otherwise take much longer to complete manually. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue formal education in technology and complete a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, where I studied data systems and digital tools.
During my 6 years of teaching, I have guided many students in learning practical Excel skills. Some learners wanted to understand the basics of spreadsheet use, while others aimed to improve their data analysis abilities. My teaching approach focuses on clear demonstrations and practical exercises so students can apply each concept immediately.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new productivity tools and learning about data organization methods. These interests help me stay updated with useful spreadsheet techniques. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students gain confidence in using technology to manage information efficiently.

My Excel lessons help students understand how spreadsheets can be used to organize information and perform calculations efficiently. Many learners are familiar with basic spreadsheet functions but are not aware of how powerful Excel can be for managing and analyzing data. In my lessons we begin with simple features such as entering data, formatting cells, and using basic formulas.
Once students feel comfortable with these basics, lessons expand to include useful functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, IF, and COUNT. I demonstrate how these functions can simplify calculations and help users manage large amounts of information. Students also learn how to create charts and organize data tables so information can be presented clearly.
My goal is to help students develop practical Excel skills that can be applied in academic and professional settings. Lessons emphasize hands-on practice so learners gain confidence using spreadsheet tools for different tasks. Over time students become more efficient at organizing data and using formulas to perform calculations automatically.
