About Amirhossein

I am a dedicated tutor and researcher with a deep passion for science and technology. My goal is to inspire and empower students by making complex subjects like physics, mathematics, and computer science accessible and engaging. With years of experience in both teaching and research, I am committed to helping students achieve their academic and career goals by fostering a love for learning and critical thinking. Teaching is not just a job for me; it's a way to contribute to the growth of curious minds who will shape the future.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is centred on problem-solving, which not only prepares students for exams but also deepens their understanding of the concepts. I strive to make my classes enjoyable, ensuring that learning complex subjects is no longer a tedious task. Here's a detailed overview of my teaching journey: In the Oxford, UK, I am working as a Tutor for Oxford Summer Courses, focusing on teaching Physics. This role allowed me to engage with a diverse student body and refine my teaching methods to meet various learning styles. Additionally, in the US, Canada, and UK, I am serving as a Tutor at Varsity Tutors LLC, where I taught a wide range of subjects in the field of Science and Engineering. This experience enhanced my ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner. In Karaj, Iran, I operated as a Private Tutor, independently teaching maths, physics, and English language to high school and university students. This experience was particularly rewarding as it allowed me to tailor my teaching methods to individual student needs. My role as an English Language Teacher at the Ertebatat Language Group in Karaj, Iran, involved preparing students for the TOEFL iBT and GRE General Test. This required a deep understanding of language teaching methodologies and test preparation strategies. As a Mathematics and Physics Teacher at the Saleem Institute in Karaj, Iran, I focused on preparing high school students for their national exams. This role demanded a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to convey complex topics clearly. In Alborz, Iran, I worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Centre for Agriculture (IHEC), where I taught Maple Programming to undergraduate students in the Water and Soil Department. This position allowed me to integrate my computer science expertise with teaching. Finally, in Tehran, Iran, as a Teaching Assistant at the Parseh Education Institute, I was responsible for problem-solving in classical mechanics, mathematical methods for physics, and electromagnetics for B.Sc. and M.Sc. students. This role honed my skills in advanced subject matter, requiring me to simplify and effectively communicate intricate topics. Throughout my career, I have consistently aimed to make learning an engaging and insightful experience for my students.
