About Nathaniel

Teaching piano is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to help students develop creativity, discipline, and confidence. With more than 12 years of experience teaching college students, I focus on creating lessons that are enjoyable, organized, and easy to understand.

My teaching approach is flexible because every student learns differently. I explain lessons in simple English, demonstrate techniques clearly, and encourage students to build confidence through consistent practice. Every lesson is adapted to match individual goals and abilities.

I use innovative teaching methods including digital piano software, listening exercises, rhythm development, ear training, and creative practice activities. These methods help students understand music more effectively while keeping lessons interesting.

Students improve note reading, finger techniques, scales, chords, timing, posture, and musical expression. Through regular progress reviews and personalized guidance, I help students continue improving with confidence.

About the lesson

I believe piano learning should be enjoyable, inspiring, and well organized. My teaching methodology combines communication, creativity, flexibility, and patience to help students build confidence while developing strong technical and musical abilities. Every lesson is adapted to suit individual goals and learning styles.

Students first develop correct posture, finger coordination, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. After mastering these basics, they move on to scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, pedal techniques, expressive playing, sight reading, and performance preparation.

My lessons include demonstrations, practical exercises, listening practice, and regular progress reviews. I explain concepts in simple English and encourage students to ask questions freely. Personalized assignments help students continue improving between lessons.

Students learn music from many genres while strengthening creativity through accompaniment, improvisation, and musical interpretation.

Besides piano, I also teach keyboard, music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, sight reading, beginner composition, music appreciation, and performance techniques.

My mission is to create enjoyable lessons that inspire confidence, discipline, and a lifelong passion for music.
