About Michael

Since completing my Bachelor of Criminal Justice in 2017, I'm currently an Executive Assistant Director for the Australian Federal Government, working in developing government policies and writing up drafts to pass legislation. I also have been a private tutor for 8 years, helping multiple students hit their ATAR goals and position them to where they want to go in the future. I have a strong and flexible understanding of the VCE English/Legal Studies curriculum and VCAA content structure. My goal is to ensure that they are prepared for their end of year exam to excel at their highest level. Your success is ultimately my success. Not only can I help you with your school learning, but I can give you real-life advice when it comes to navigating through university, how to build yourself in your career to progress up the ladder and what employers generally look for.

About the lesson

I have been a VCE Private Tutor since 2015 with 8 years of professional experience in helping students with VCE essay writing, language analysis and legal studies. Although my speciality is Year 12 English, I can also teach Year 7 to Year 11 as well.

My teaching principle is that we aim for progress not perfection. We all know how complex the subject of English can be. My job is to simplify that the best I can for you. We won't just tackle your existing problems, we will build new skills and implement new strategies to overcome future challenges as well.

My online classes are always 1 on 1 where I operate within my VCE channel on Discord for students to communicate and share their questions.

I can also run classes on Webex/Microsoft Teams/Zoom as well.

VCE Students: $60 for 1 hour or $100 for 2 hours.

Non-VCE: $55 for 1 hour or $90 for 2 hours.
