I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a CIMSPA-certified personal training qualification. I have experience in one-to-one personal training and leading classes in calisthenics, flexibility, beginner strength training, and HIIT. If you’re looking to master a skill in gymnastics/ calisthenics or improve your overall fitness, I am the right person for you!!
