With over 10 years of experience in the food industry and more than 6 years running my own catering business, I specialise in delivering authentic Caribbean cooking lessons — available both virtually and in person. My background includes providing bespoke dining experiences and festival catering, which has allowed me to share my passion for Caribbean culture and cuisine with diverse audiences.
