About Martina

I have more than 6 years of experience teaching piano to college students and am passionate about helping them succeed musically. My teaching style is creative, flexible, and student-centered, designed to meet individual learning needs. I focus on building strong piano fundamentals, including technique, sight-reading, rhythm, and music theory. To keep lessons interesting.

I use innovative methods such as improvisation, composition activities, and modern music arrangements. I also help students build confidence in performance and musical expression. My goal is to guide students toward steady progress, enjoyable learning, and a lifelong appreciation for piano and music.

About the lesson

My piano teaching approach focuses on creativity, critical thinking, and consistent growth. I believe learning piano should be enjoyable, meaningful, and confidence-building.

Creativity is encouraged through exploring different music styles, learning favorite songs, and trying improvisation. Students are guided to express themselves and develop a love for music.

As a mentor and critical thinker, I teach rhythm, finger technique, scales, chords, and musical expression in simple steps. Students learn to reflect on their playing and improve independently.

Accountability is a key part of my teaching. I help students set goals, follow structured practice routines, and review progress regularly. This builds discipline, motivation, and self-confidence.

Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, keyboard basics, and basic composition to support complete musical development.
