Perfect! The lessons were helpful, and I could really see myself improving bit by bit. I really appreciate that the lesson not only teaches the theories, but also shows me how they apply in real practice. The demonstrations made everything so much easier to understand because I could have a clearer picture of how a real session might flow. Thanks for your patience and effort!

Although it was a free trial session, Jayson has provided professional and useful tools for the issues I am struggling with. From understanding myself to identifying and challenging pre existing thoughts, applying the tools suggested has had positive influence on my recent day to day experiences.
