About Jason

Swimming for almost 20 years, passionate about swimming because it helps me release stress during my university. I love to make my students have fun swimming rather than just learn swimming. This is because we all learn better when it is fun! My motto: Flexible, Fun, and Professional.

About the lesson

Learn to swim with personal training and learning plan. Afraid of water? No problem, experienced in coaching students with fear of water. Available on weekends only from 12pm to 8pm. 1 session will be around 45 mins - 1 hour. Can teach kids from age 4 to adults. Focus on: 1. Stroke correction 2. Water confidence 3. Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, and Butterfly 4. Water survival skills

Perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, Jason was welcoming and professional. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, which made my daughter feel comfortable despite the cold water. The lessons were well-structured and focused on correcting my daughter strokes in all 4 strokes. I really appreciated how Jason took the time to correct the strokes and offered personalized tips to help my kids to improves. Jason is currently her num 1 favorite coach and we are looking forward if we have any chances to have more class with coach Jason!

Great potential to be a great swimmer. Was very glad to be able to help the students improve the swim technique.
Things to focus on
Freestyle: Long arm and straight pull to the back, to build strength and power. Reduce the speed or stroke frequency.
Backstroke: Hand pull reach and touch the ear. Try not to move the head.
Breaststroke: Need to glide more usually after a kick
Butterfly: Practice more dolphin kicks build the momentum and endurance
