About Shaoni

I am highly motivated and passionate about sharing and imparting my knowledge of English with the students thus empowering them with confidence and love for English communication. I will work with you to help you realize your goals by doing a lot of active listening and asking powerful questions.

About the lesson

In my several years of experience as a Lecturer of English Language and Corporate Trainer, I have actively assisted in training and development with designing and developing training curriculum for generic and specific areas based on needs. I have organised workshops and seminars to develop communication and interpersonal skills. I have organised mock interview and role play sessions with the idea of generating confidence in learners to face interview panels as well as communicate effectively. With the use of several tools and techniques, I have assisted both corporates and students develop the art of successful communication in English in both oral and written.
I am well-endowed in imparting both online and classroom training. I have helped in developing solutions that assess learner’s capability and conduct training evaluations. I have acted as a support person and buddy within my team to help in the smooth transition for the new recruits from training environment to their respective teams.
I have assisted team leaders in preparing training pathways for new recruits after they have come out of the training environment and worked as a reviewer and quality checker to assist in their growth and development within the team.
I have also developed knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and up-to-date trends and practices and innovations within learning and development.
