About Ammar
I'm a boxer who trained nearly for 3 years. I play for Selangor Boxing Team , competing in Lightweight class.I have experience fighting and teaching boxing to newbie my own metho. My clients all satisfied with their results and some are losing weight.

We can do stretching up at first. With , ladder and cone exercise. I'll teach
basic footwork and movement. Then , shadowboxing for 2-3 rounds with 5 minutes each. Hit the bag for 5 rounds with 3 minutes each. And padding before we wrap it up.
