Experience as a tutor in home and at the local schools in my area for the last 5 years (ages 6-17) in history, English, writing, and basic math. Experience with AP Literature as well.

My teaching method is encouraging through positive reinforcement and patience. I worked with special needs children for 2 years, and always go with the child’s pace or try new methods (like games, rhymes, repetitive action) in order to help them fully comprehend and grasp the concepts we work on.
