I worked with Felicia between 2015 and 2018, during her tenure as a Key Stage 2 teacher, and through her transition to Early Years teaching. Regardless of the age group she teaches, Felicia consistently maintained a highly professional but warm and personable approach to teaching, and supported her pupils to achieve strong results. She is deeply passionate about using evidence and principles of best practice to meet her pupils' individual needs, and was consistently a committed and influential member of the team. Felicia is highly organised and has an exceptional capacity to remain calm and make impactful decisions under any circumstance. She collaborates meaningfully with parents and other staff to ensure pupils receive high quality support, and was a highly valued member of staff. Felicia's passion for education extends beyond the academic as she is also experienced supporting pupils' holistic needs.
