About Adrian

I am a qualified chef level 1, level 2 Pastry chef, level 3 technology of gastronomy
I've been working in the kitchen for the last 14 years starting as a cooking assistant to head chef position
I've had the pleasure to work alongside celebrity chefs and cook for VIP ,celebrity's
I'm experienced in restaurants , banquets, catering private and corporate, events up to 1000 pax
Very professional individual and easy going good teaching skills as I had the chance to teach others from my knowledge and secrets
