About Vedika

My architectural path began with a sketch of a childhood home and has since grown into nearly a decade of professional and academic exploration. What began as curiosity for form and structure evolved into a deep respect for the human and environmental dimensions of architecture. As a tutor, I blend my experience from design studios and professional practice to create immersive learning experiences. My teaching emphasizes collaboration, critique, and curiosity—encouraging students to take risks and refine their ideas thoughtfully. I also incorporate discussions on sustainability and the social responsibility of design, ensuring that lessons remain relevant to the evolving world of architecture. Beyond teaching, I collaborate with design collectives, contribute to architecture exhibitions, and mentor aspiring designers on portfolio development. For me, architecture is about imagination with purpose—shaping not just buildings, but how people experience the world around them. Teaching it allows me to pass on that blend of artistry, precision, and vision to the next generation.

About the lesson

My architecture lessons focus on bridging imagination with practical design. Each session challenges students to think beyond drawings—to understand how light, proportion, and materials interact to shape human experience. I encourage learners to explore both artistic and technical dimensions of architecture, creating a balanced foundation of creativity and precision.

Beginners develop the basics of spatial composition, perspective drawing, and visual storytelling. Intermediate students dive into CAD tools, 3D modeling, and architectural history to understand how ideas evolve into structures. Advanced learners refine design portfolios, experiment with conceptual modeling, and explore sustainability and urban design principles. Lessons are dynamic, project-based, and personalized to each learner’s creative direction.

Architecture is more than aesthetics—it’s the design of life’s framework. My goal is to nurture creative thinkers who understand responsibility in design: how spaces can inspire, heal, and transform. By blending structure and imagination, students learn that architecture is both art and science—a discipline that reflects how we think and who we are.
