About Anastasia
I have enjoyed tutoring for over 7 years and have a deep love for Art History. I graduated with a 2.1 in Art History and English Literature from the University of Exeter. As well as freelance tutoring, I work professionally in theatre in London. I love regularly going to galleries, museums and the theatre. My lessons are engaging and tailored to strengthen subject knowledge and visual analysis skills so that students can truly excel, achieve high grades and develop their passion for Art History.

I have taught A-Level Art History for 7+ years.
I tailor my lessons to student's needs and identify areas that need further strengthening. I typically divide my lessons into the areas of Visual Analysis technique and Historical Context to ensure that students have an in depth understanding and ability to write on both in examinations. I teach key works across painting, scultpure and architecture in the periods of Greek and Roman art, Early and Late Renaissance, 19th century, early modern and contemporary. A typical lesson can range between 1 and 2 hours and I also offer intensive sessions closer to exam seasons to strengthen technique.
